Monthly subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly. You may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Access remains available until the end of the active paid period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Because the service includes digital access, AI usage, integrations and operational tools, refunds are generally not provided after a plan has been activated. We may review refund requests case by case for duplicate payment, billing error or inability to access the service caused by our system.
Non-refundable items
- Consumed AI/image credits or usage-based costs.
- Completed onboarding, setup or custom work.
- Third-party marketplace, payment, email, shipping or API charges.
How to request support
Email info@marketconnector.in with your account email, payment reference and issue details. We aim to review billing requests within a reasonable business timeframe.
No physical returns
Market Connector does not sell physical goods through this website. Physical product returns are handled by the seller using their own marketplace/store policies.
